What new weapons and ammo are in Season Aurora?

The AN-94 Assault Rifle joins the arsenal, along with five new ammo types:

  • .300BLK TIV and TTV: rounds with micro explosives. Landing several hits within 3 seconds sets off a 4 m explosion (Level 4 and Level 5 penetration).
  • 5.56x45mm CINDER: incendiary rounds that burn the target over time, but add recoil.
  • 9x19mm 7N30: cheaper armor-piercing ammo (Level 5) with more recoil.
  • 5.45mm SPALL: hits make enemies take longer to repair their helmet and vest for a short time.

Limited-time Haavk attachments include a binary trigger stock kit for the SR-25, a PKM bullpup kit and an M250 Monolith magazine.

What else changes in Season Aurora?

  • Season reset: all Season 11 mission progress is cleared, older Ultimate Safe Box season access and Safe Box Trial Cards expire, and a new Season 12 mission line begins.
  • Warfare vehicles: TV-guided missiles can be shot down mid-flight, wheeled tank destroyers keep more speed with a destroyed engine, and boats and amphibious vehicles now ride the waves on Zenith Port.
  • Detonation mode: map layout changes, clearer bomb site markers and a helmet and vest durability display.
  • Animation: better kill reactions, and slung weapons now move with physics.
