When is the SCUM November update?

Monday, November 9, 2026. Gamepires hasn't given a time, and says it will share the full notes "when the November Update goes live". We'll add the details then.

Is SCUM photo mode free now?

Yes, from the November update. Photo mode was part of the Supporter pack, and Gamepires says it will "become available to everyone". Some players had already found ways to get it running, and the studio says the long-requested feature is now officially supported.

Why is SCUM focusing on bug fixes?

Gamepires says that alongside the new features, it is "increasing our focus on bug fixes and stability over the coming weeks". In practice that means more frequent hotfixes as it works through existing issues. It follows a busy October, with the October update's fishing overhaul and the Halloween update and partial wipe.

Is there a server wipe?

Gamepires' preview doesn't mention one. We'll update this article if the full patch notes say otherwise.

How much is SCUM?

SCUM costs $44.99 / £39.99 / €44.99 on Steam, where about 7,800 people were playing when we checked on November 7.

Is there a SCUM trailer?

There's no trailer for the November update. Official trailers play on the SCUM Steam page.
