Avatar: The Last Airbender Animated Series Coming to Fortnite
Aang, Katara and Sokka Join the Battle Royale
The beloved characters from Nickelodeon’s animated series Avatar: The Last Airbender will soon arrive on the Fortnite island. Players will be able to purchase cosmetic outfits of Aang, Katara, Sokka and Appa starting April 9 in the Fortnite Item Shop.
Master the Elements and Soar Through the Skies
Channel your inner bender and master the four elements: water, earth, fire and air. Players who purchase the Aang outfit will also receive the glider staff which allows you to soar and swoop through the island skies. Show your Water Tribe pride with Katara's outfit and waterbending emote. Or plan your strategy with Sokka's boomerang pickaxe and emote.
Explore the Island on Appa
For the first time, players will be able to purchase and ride a flying mount - Appa, Aang's sky bison. Appa will be available in the Item Shop as a glider, allowing up to four players to hop on and explore the island from the skies.

Aang, Zuko, Katara and Sokka Outfits Available in Item Shop Today, April 9
Avatar Aang Outfit
The Avatar Aang outfit includes the iconic robes and staff of the last airbender. Players who purchase this outfit will be able to glide in the Avatar state and bend all four elements. The Avatar Aang outfit is available for 1,500 V-Bucks.
Prince Zuko Outfit
The Prince Zuko outfit comes with Zuko's armor, complete with the fire nation insignia. Players who equip this outfit will be able to perform powerful firebending moves, such as launching fireballs and creating walls of flame. The Prince Zuko outfit can be purchased for 1,800 V-Bucks.
Katara Outfit
The Katara outfit includes Katara's water tribe garments and waterskin. Players who own this outfit will be able to perform various waterbending techniques, such as creating water whips, octopus forms, and healing. The Katara outfit costs 1,500 V-Bucks.
Sokka Outfit
The Sokka outfit comes with Sokka's warrior wolf armor and boomerang. Though Sokka is not a bender, players who equip his outfit will still be able to use the boomerang as a melee weapon. The Sokka outfit can be purchased for 1,200 V-Bucks.

How to Get the Avatar Skins in Fortnite
To acquire the new Avatar: The Last Airbender skins in Fortnite, you must purchase them from the Item Shop. The Item Shop refreshes daily to feature new cosmetic items. When the Avatar skins release on April 9, they will appear in the Item Shop for players to purchase using V-Bucks, Fortnite’s in-game currency.
Aang Skin
The Aang skin allows you to play as the Avatar, the master of all four elements. It includes Aang's iconic Air Nomad robes and arrow tattoos. His pickaxe is his signature glider staff, and his back bling is Momo, his flying lemur companion. The Aang set will likely cost 1,500 to 2,000 V-Bucks.
Zuko Skin
The Zuko skin transforms you into the exiled Fire Nation prince seeking to capture the Avatar. It features Zuko's recognizable armor and topknot hairstyle. His back bling is a replica of the twin Dao blades he wields, and his pickaxe is a pair of fiery blades. The Zuko set will probably cost 1,500 to 2,000 V-Bucks as well.
To purchase the Avatar skins when they release, simply log into Fortnite on April 9 and navigate to the Item Shop. Select the skin set you want, choose “Purchase for Self,” and follow the prompts to checkout using your V-Bucks balance. The skins may only remain in the shop for 24 to 48 hours, so buy them quickly before they are gone. Equip your new Avatar skin and drop into a match of Battle Royale to show off your fandom!
