Celebrate 30 Years of Hellboy With Stylish New Controllers!

Thirty years ago, Hellboy first appeared in a comic published by Dark Horse Comics, conceived by the brilliant mind of Mike Mignola. Mignola wanted to create a character that was a twist on the typical superhero - a demon summoned from Hell to wreak havoc, but raised by humans to be a hero.

A Pop Culture Phenomenon

Hellboy quickly became a pop culture phenomenon and fan favorite. His red skin, sawed-off horns, and stone right hand captured readers' imaginations. Over the years, Hellboy has starred in many comics, two animated films, and two live-action films starring Ron Perlman. Dark Horse has released art books, roleplaying games, collectible figures, and more featuring Big Red.

An Enduring Legacy

Though Hellboy's story concluded in recent years, his impact on comics and pop culture lives on. His blend of pulpy adventure, gothic horror, and folklore has inspired countless other creators. And of course, his visuals are utterly iconic and recognizable. Here's to 30 more years of Hellboy and many more adventures!
