What's coming in Gray Zone Warfare patch 0.5.1.0?
MADFINGER shared the plans after its Halloween Dev Stream, where it discussed player feedback on Rogue Ops. The notable changes it's working on:
- Hideout progression will be slightly easier and more rewarding.
- Production and disassembly are being rebalanced to improve the overall experience.
- Hideout resources will weigh less, so they're easier to carry out of a raid.
- AI is being tweaked to keep the challenge while reducing frustrating encounters.
- The team is also investigating reports of AI enemies taking too many hits to go down.
MADFINGER says 0.5.1.0 is being built from player bug reports and feedback. It hasn't given a release date.

What did Gray Zone Warfare Hotfix 0.5.0.2 fix?
Hotfix 0.5.0.2 went live on 29 October. If it doesn't download automatically, restart Steam. It:
- Fixed the faction sign-up bonus being claimable by ineligible characters, and more than once.
- Fixed cloud shadows making the ground flicker on the High and Medium graphics presets.
- Added a warning for AMD Radeon RX 9000 series owners on driver 26.10.1 or newer, recommending driver 26.8.1, because newer drivers can cause GPU crashes.
- Improved server stability, so you're less likely to be disconnected during online service issues.
- Fixed the "No valid operator" error that stopped some players with characters from the previous season joining servers.
Are the missing Stage 3 Twitch Drops fixed?
Yes. MADFINGER says it has applied a database fix for the missing Stage 3 Twitch Drops rewards. If you're still missing drops, contact MADFINGER's support team. Our Twitch Drops guide lists every reward and stage date.

What happened at the Gray Zone Warfare Halloween Dev Stream?
On 29 October, MADFINGER hosted a Slasher event at Lakevale Sanctuary with its community creators, leaders and moderators, then talked through Rogue Ops feedback. The full VOD is on YouTube, with timestamps in the description so you can jump to the parts you want.
Is Gray Zone Warfare on sale?
