Hell Let Loose Patch 17.1 Arrives with Big Medic Changes
Great news for Hell Let Loose players—Patch 17.1 (version 1.044.000) has just gone live for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. The update is packed with cool new features, gameplay tweaks, and significant improvements that the community has eagerly awaited.
Medic Role Gets Big Upgrade
Hell Let Loose Patch 17.1 gives medics a much-needed boost. Reviving teammates now takes only 2 seconds, and players will instantly get full health. Both the medic and the person revived will earn 75 XP, significantly higher than before. Plus, the new "Call & Response" system makes it easier to signal medics when downed, helping teams stay organized in the heat of battle.
Improved Bipod System
The bipod system has been fixed and upgraded. It now detects surfaces more naturally, stopping awkward clipping issues. This update makes gameplay smoother for players using mounted weapons, improving the experience overall.
Explore Mode Renamed to Basic Training
Explore Mode has a fresh new name: "Basic Training." It lets players test out all the roles, weapons, and vehicles offline. Although you won't earn XP here, it's great for practicing without pressure.
Stunning Visual and Weather Effects
Dynamic weather is now in full effect, with rain added specifically to Mortain. Vehicles in Foy and Kharkov get new winter camouflage, and several maps feature improved fog for better visuals and atmosphere.
Better Tools for Admins and Streamers
Admins and streamers will love the new camera updates, including first-person views of vehicles and fresh visual filters such as film grain. PC gamers also get DirectX 12 support, with the option to revert to DirectX 11 if preferred.
New XP Rewards and Gameplay Adjustments
Players now receive more XP for strategic actions like taking down enemy garrisons and nodes. Engineers and Commanders can dismantle friendly nodes, creating new tactical possibilities.
Tons of Bug Fixes and Improvements
Hell Let Loose Patch 17.1 comes loaded with fixes addressing everything from UI bugs to VOIP problems. These improvements ensure gameplay remains smooth and enjoyable across all platforms.
