Deadlock Faces Cheater Problem Already

Deadlock faces a cheater problem already with reports of unfair play surfacing quickly. Players are experiencing aim bots and wall hacks.

Cheating Reports

According to 80 Level, Reddit user MintDoe posted a replay revealing multiple cheaters in a Deadlock match. In the video, cheaters used aim bots to target enemies before they were visible.

The replay shows a player dodging attacks and shooting accurately through walls. Another clip features Vindicta, whose bullets hit enemies despite being obstructed by walls. Commentators noted that the bullets appeared to curve, a classic sign of cheating.

Reporting and Response

Reddit users stressed the need to report cheaters. However, MintDoe pointed out that Deadlock’s direct reporting feature does not include an option for reporting cheating. Players must use the official Deadlock Discord channel for this purpose.

Deadlock faces a cheater problem already, and the game’s invite-only status has not prevented the issue. Despite this, Deadlock has already achieved over 100,000 concurrent players, showcasing its popularity.

Valve’s game blends third-person shooter mechanics with MOBA elements, drawing inspiration from League of Legends and Dota 2. The game’s Steam page confirms its existence, and the community is actively discussing these early issues.
