Is Kingmakers coming to PS5 or Xbox?<\/h2>\n

There’s no announcement. Every official post from Redemption Road and tinyBuild talks about the Steam version only. Console versions aren’t ruled out, but the studio’s focus is getting the PC game out first. If a PS5 or Xbox version is announced, we’ll update this page.<\/p>\n

Why was Kingmakers delayed?<\/h2>\n

On 3 October 2025, five days before the planned Early Access launch, the developers announced a delay with no new date. They called Kingmakers an “uncompromising game” and said they didn’t want to cut planned features to launch sooner, and that they wanted the game to run at a true 60 frames per second on mid-range PCs. tinyBuild confirmed the delay in a stock market update on 6 October. It was the game’s second delay: Early Access was first planned for early 2025.<\/p>\n
