It applies to everything we publish.<\/p>\n<h2>Who is responsible<\/h2>\n<p>iGame Magazine is owned by iGame Magazine Limited and edited by its founder, <a href=\"https:\/\/igamemag.com\/author\/david-ware\/\">David Ware<\/a> (Managing Editor). David is responsible for what we publish and for this policy.<\/p>\n<h2>Sources and fact-checking<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>We base our reporting on <strong>official sources<\/strong>: publisher and developer announcements, official blogs, store pages (Steam, PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, Nintendo eShop, Epic Games Store) and official trailers.<\/li>\n<li>Release dates, launch times, prices and platform details are checked against the official source before publishing.<\/li>\n<li>When information is <strong>unconfirmed<\/strong>, such as a leak, rumour, or a detail reported by only one source, we say so clearly and explain where it comes from. We don&#8217;t present it as fact.<\/li>\n<li>We link to our sources so readers can check them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Use of AI tools<\/h2>\n<p>We use AI tools to help with research and drafting. Every article is checked, fact-checked and edited by David Ware before it is published, and the facts in it come from the official sources described above.<\/p>\n<h2>Images<\/h2>\n<p>We use official screenshots, key art and trailer stills supplied by publishers and developers through their press kits and store pages. Each image is credited to its owner, for example &#8220;Image: Bandai Namco&#8221;.<\/p>\n<h2>Keeping articles up to date<\/h2>\n<p>Release date and &#8220;everything we know&#8221; articles are updated as new official information arrives. When we make a significant update, the article shows an <strong>Updated<\/strong> date.<\/p>\n<h2>Corrections<\/h2>\n<p>We aim to get things right first time, but if we make a mistake we fix it promptly.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To report an error, email <a href=\"mailto:admin@igamemag.com\">admin@igamemag.com<\/a> with &#8220;Correction&#8221; in the subject and a link to the article.<\/li>\n<li>We check every report against the original source. If we were wrong, we correct the article and update its date.<\/li>\n<li>If a correction changes the meaning of a story, we add a note at the end of the article explaining what changed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Independence<\/h2>\n<p>Our editorial decisions are made by iGame Magazine. If we ever publish sponsored content, it will be clearly labelled as sponsored.<\/p>\n<h2>Feedback<\/h2>\n<p>We welcome feedback on our coverage.
